Muay Thai

Muay Thai Boxing, the national sport of Thailand includes the use of all eight weapons. Feet, Knees, Fists, and Elbos as well as clinch fighting and throwing.


Full Contact

Full Contact Kickboxing began in the 1970's in North America and restricts legal techniques to punching and Kicks above the waist.


International Kickboxing

International Kickboxing allows all the legal techniques of Full contact and adds kicks to the inside and outside of the legs and single knee strikes to the body. (No Clinch Fighting.)


San Da

San Da or Chinese Kickboxing is simular to Muay Thai but adds a collection of throwing techniques.


Semi Contact Kickboxing

Semi Contact is Simular to Full Contact but intentionaly restricts the amount of contact such that Kicks and Punches should not cause any bodily harm.

In addition, Semi-Contact events are not required to take place in a regulation boxing ring. Often held at Sport Karate Tournaments.
